This absolute beachfront villa is characterised by a garden that extends directly onto a private 14-metre beachside buff with timber decking, towering coconut palms, and wooden steps leading down to the beach. This is the place to chill out and gaze at the graceful kites scattered throughout the sky, or watch both the sunrise and the sunset create a warm pink glow across the mysterious, towering, sea-cliffs of Nusa Penida Island.

In addition to the wonderful views, the garden of the two-storey Villa Maya also boasts a lotus pond and a 14 x 4 metre lap pool, which is 1.8 metres in depth and lined with green Java stone. A massage pavilion rests next to bale bengong (relaxation pavilion) is also located in the garden, together with an outdoor shower, sunloungers, timeworn stone-carvings, terracotta carved wall panels, palms, sweet scented frangipani trees and coastal shrubs and plants.

Villa Maya’s semi open-air living and dining area borders the swimming pool. Open at each end, equipped with bamboo blinds and cooled by ceiling fans, this is tropical living at its very best. A Jacuzzi extends into the living space and overflows into the pool creating an attractive waterfall feature. A hi-fi system with surround sound is provided for the entertainment of the guests, and wireless high-speed Internet access allows guests to send and receive their e-mails inside the villa or beside the pool, in the garden or on the beach. The contemporary furniture is set off by a myriad of textures from smooth white Palimanan stone to carved antique doors framed by dark grey volcanic rock. Impressive local artwork adorns the walls, harmonized with primitive artifacts. A rustic coffee table, and comfortable sofas and chairs, are complemented by richly colored silk cushions, together with a woven rattan and wood-skin mat resting upon the Merbau wood floor. A striking feature is the curved floating staircase, fashioned in richly patterned wood and supported by eight columns. The open plan dining area is furnishing with a table for six and overlooks another lotus pond. The pond is traversed by stepping stones that lead through a pebbled courtyard to the fully equipped service kitchen where the staff will prepare delicious meals. Every need of the guests has been considered, and a particularly thoughtful touch is the provision of a barbeque. A series of wide stone pillars create a partition, for privacy, between the kitchen and the living and dining area.

The air-conditioned master bedroom, complete with en-suite bathroom and wide balcony, covers the whole of the upper floor under a soaring pitched roof. A queen size bed is made up with top quality linens and a red and black Chinese silk bedcover. Rich drapes frame the windows, local paras stone bricks form a wall behind the bed, old photographs enhance the decor, and a wooden cabinet houses a satellite TV, DVD and CD player. Glass doors and fly screens open out onto a timber balcony deck commanding breathtaking views of the coastline and ocean. The en-suite bathroom comprises two mirrored dressing rooms with ample storage space, together with two separate washing areas linked by a covered balcony walkway. This clever design allows the dressing rooms and bathroom to be accessed by two different doors from the bedroom, and the walkway is enclosed with fretwork wooden walls, which allow the cool breezes to permeate. One of the grey terrazzo-floored bathroom areas features a black terrazzo corner bathtub and twin washbasins. The other area features a shower, toilet and washbasin.

The two remaining air-conditioned bedrooms are located downstairs and are mirror images of each other, each with en-suite bathroom, satellite TV, DVD and CD player. Glass doors and fly screens in each room open onto a personal terrace furnished with daybeds, and a dressing area is located behind the bed. Each garden bathroom features ’his ’n’ hers’ washbasins, toilet, and a black terrazzo sunken bathtub and shower, bordered by plants, together with a three-tiered running water feature, and a wall for privacy.

Location

The recent construction of the Sanur-Kusamba by-pass road has made this area accessible to the rest of the island and positions Villa Maya within easy driving distance of most of Bali’s tourist attractions. Villa Maya is just forty-five minutes drive from Bali’s international airport, thirty minutes from the cultural town of Ubud, ten minutes from Sukawati art and handicraft market, ten minutes from Sanur, and thirty minutes from the restaurants, shops and nightlife of Kuta and Seminyak. Ketewel village is the origin of the famous Legong Bededari Dance, and the neighbouring village of Sawa produced the finest Legong dancers on the island. The beach of Pabean, in front of Villa Maya, was once a small port through which oriental traders brought their products; at low tide you can still see the structure of the old harbour and a Chinese cemetery is located nearby. Balinese Hindu purification ceremonies are held beside the ocean at the sacred Pura Segara sea temple, and the nearby reef is renowned for its world class surf breaks.

The absolute beachfront, Villa Pushpapuri is located near the traditional village of Ketewel on Bali’s south-east coast. This stunning villa boasts four bedrooms, a 20-metre infinity-edge swimming pool, a splendid living & dining room, and a games room, complemented by the finest furnishings and a five-star standard of service.

Bounded by the River Wos and a rugged surf beach. Furthermore, it is blessed with spectacular outlook: across the ocean towards the beaches of Keramas and the islands of Nusa Penida and Nusa Lembongan, and over the pounding surf to the unrivalled grandeur of sacred Mt Agung…’the finest view in the land of dreams’.

Entrance

Guests will enter the villa through a large watergarden comprised of four fishponds complete with bubbling fountains. This delightful courtyard area is planted with yellow irises, torch ginger, and a pair of ancient frangipani trees, while the walls are decorated with hand-carved Palimanan stone friezes depicting ocean and river themes. There is a secure car park and garage at the entrance.

Living and Dining Pavilion

Approaching the large living and dining pavilion, the ocean is immediately visible through the glass walls, which form three sides of this stand-alone building. A statue of Ganesha rests on one side of the glass entrance doors beside a sparkling wall of water cascading down to a lower level. The rectangular-shaped pavilion features a marble floor and a soaring roof lined with rattan. The sliding glass doors can be opened to allow the sea breezes and the rhythmic sounds of the waves to penetrate, and the room can also be cooled by ceiling fans. A circular dining table for eight is positioned at one end.

The other side of the pavilion is furnished with two sofas, lazy chairs, an ottoman, a coffee table, handcrafted lamps and local artefacts. A small kitchen is positioned next to the dining area and a fully equipped service kitchen is located in the staff service area. Guests also have the option of dining alfresco on the elevated terrace in front of the pavilion, which overlooks the garden and the pool and the ocean, and is furnished with an outdoor dining table and chairs. A guest washroom is situated immediately outside the living and dining pavilion.

Games Room

A stone staircase leads from the living pavilion down to the air-conditioned games room, complete with an arched wooden ceiling and an adjoining, open-air, walled courtyard. The games room is equipped with a pool table, a dart board, a wood-panelled bar with six bar chairs, a luxurious leather sofa, and a 40″ LCD screen satellite TV, ideal for watching sports. The courtyard is open to the sky, bordered by a water cascade, and furnished with a synthetic rattan bar table and high chairs, together with a coffee table and chairs.

Master Suite

The 2-storey master suite comprises the ground floor master bedroom and en-suite bathroom, and an upstairs study together with a DVD room. The air-conditioned master bedroom embraces a green theme with a cool marble floor and a built-in daybed. Sliding glass doors open onto the stone terrace on the one side and a timber deck on the other side, offering wonderful ocean views. The bedroom is furnished with a king size, canopied, four-poster bed and a lazy chair. Sumptuous cushions, golden Buddhas and an LCD satellite TV and DVD/CD player, complete the picture of luxury. An en-suite dressing area presents built-in teakwood wardrobes with shelves, drawers and a safe deposit box, and vanity unit with twin washbasins and a large wall mirror. A toilet is tucked away in a cubicle. A rainshower and a large, sunken Jacuzzi are positioned in an adjoining open-air walled courtyard, complete with a fish pond, potted plants and a Palimanan stone frieze.

A downstairs hallway is accessed via a door from the master bedroom and also from an external door. From here, a set of stairs leads up to a cosy, air-conditioned sitting room boasting an aquamarine theme. Equipped with a DVD player, a Playstation, a low opium table, a sideboard, and a corner sofa that can be converted to twin beds, this room is ideal for children and adults alike. Next door is an air-conditioned study with windows on three sides that can be folded open to the breeze, offering an eye-boggling 270-degree view of the river estuary, the mountains, the beach, the ocean and the neighbouring islands. Featuring dark purple walls, the study is furnished with a desk, chair, large sofa and shelf unit. WiFi Internet access is available throughout the villa.

Guest Bedrooms

The main guest bedroom is on the ground floor under a soaring roof, with sliding glass doors on two sides. Characterised by an olive green theme, it is similar to the master bedroom, furnished with a king-size bed and equipped with air-conditioning, a built-in daybed, an LCD satellite TV and DVD/CD player. A timber deck at the front is furnished with a table and a pair of planter chairs. The air-conditioned dressing area presents a wardrobe, a safe deposit box, a reading desk and a full length mirror. The en-suite open-air bathroom features a terrazzo vanity unit with wash basin, a toilet within an alcove, and a rainshower, harmonised with a fishpond, creamy-white Palimanan stone walls and floor, and a hand-carved frieze.

The other two air-conditioned guestrooms are ideal for children. Located on ground level, one is furnished with twin beds and the other with a queen-size, four-poster bed. Each is equipped with an LCD satellite TV and DVD/CD player. Three steps lead from each bedroom down to dressing areas, each fitted with a wardrobe, a safe deposit box, and a vanity unit with a washbasin. The twin-bedded room features a toilet within a cubicle on this level. En-suite garden bathrooms present outdoor rainshowers. The room with the queen bed boasts an additional rainshower indoors, and a bathtub and toilet positioned in the private, walled, outdoor area.

Garden & Pool

The beautiful garden is punctuated with coconut palms and dominated by a 20 x 4 metre, infinity-edge lap pool that follows the line of the beach and is elevated above a beachside lawn. A large ‘bale bengong’ relaxation pavilion is situated at one end of the pool and fitted with two, large mattresses, making it an ideal spot for a massage. At the other end of the pool is a wood-panelled pool bar with a pitched roof. The pool deck is furnished with sunloungers and umbrellas. There is also a pool shower. The expansive gardens make Villa Pushpapuri the perfect setting for barbeques, weddings, parties and other special events, including open-air Balinese dance performances. If required, the catering can be managed by external caterers who have the world-class expertise to prepare a sumptuous feast in addition to the coordination of decorations, flowers, lighting and entertainment.

Staff Services

Pushpapuri is supported by the exemplary service of a carefully selected team of highly trained, friendly staff who will do everything within their power to ensure that guests at the villa enjoy a truly luxurious and relaxing experience. The team is headed by a villa manager who will oversee and coordinate the staff and property, and is available to assist guests during their stay. There is also a cook, trained in the preparation of both Asian and Western cuisine, and personal butlers who are on hand to pamper and look after every guest need. Additionally, the team includes housekeepers, a gardener and pool attendant, and security guards operating on a 24-hour shift basis. The staff are responsible for all the market shopping, in accordance with the whims of the guests. Baby-sitting and massage services and the facilities of a car and driver are also available on request at an extra charge.

Location

Quiet and safe, Villa Pushpapuri is situated close to the pretty village of Ketewel on Bali’s south-east coast. The streets of the village are lined with leafy trees; a small intersection is the venue of a fruit and vegetable market, and colourful temple ceremonies are a common sight. The Sanur-Kusumba by-pass, from Seminyak to Candidasa, has made this rural area accessible to the rest of the island and positions the villa within easy driving distance of Bali’s tourist attractions. Pushpapuri is just 45 minutes’ drive from Bali’s international airport, 30 minutes from the cultural town of Ubud, ten minutes from Sukawati art and handicraft market, ten minutes from Sanur, and 30-45 minutes from the restaurants, shops and nightlife of Kuta and Seminyak. The diversity of the island presents everything from diving, cruising and trekking, to adventure sports and theme parks. Horse riding takes place at the neighbouring Saba stables, and three of the best golf courses in the world are located within easy reach.

Ketewel village is the origin of the famous Legong Bededari Dance, while the nearby village of Sawa historically produced the finest Legong dancers on the island.
This absolute beachfront villa is characterised by a large garden that extends directly onto a private 14-metre beachside buff with timber decking, towering coconut palms, and wooden steps leading down to the beach. This is the place to chill out and gaze at the graceful kites scattered throughout the sky, or watch both the sunrise and the sunset create a warm pink glow across the mysterious, towering, sea-cliffs of Nusa Penida Island.

In addition to the wonderful views, the garden of the two-storey Villa Samudra also boasts a 14 x 4 metre lap pool, which is 1.8 metres in depth and lined with green Java stone. A massage pavilion rests at one end of the pool and a bale bengong (relaxation pavilion) is also located in the garden, together with an outdoor shower, sunloungers, timeworn stone-carvings, terracotta carved wall panels, palms, sweet scented frangipani trees and coastal shrubs and plants.

Villa Samudra’s semi open-air living and dining area borders the swimming pool. The open plan dining area is furnishing with a table for six and overlooks a lotus pond.

The two remaining air-conditioned bedrooms are located downstairs, one with queen size bed and the other one with twin bed, other facilities are mirror images of each other, each with en-suite bathroom, satellite TV, DVD and CD player.

The Location

This beach-view two-storey villa is characterised by a walled garden featuring a 14 x 4 metre lap pool, which is 1.8 metres in depth and lined with green Java stone. A massage pavilion rests at one end of the pool and a balé bengong (relaxation pavilion) is located in one corner of the garden, together with an outdoor shower, sun-loungers, timeworn stone-carvings, terracotta carved wall panels, palms, sweet scented frangipani trees and coastal shrubs and plants.

A walled pathway leads from the garden to a sliding door, which provides access to a 13-metre, beachside buff with timber decking and wooden steps leading down to the beach. This area is shared between guests staying at Villa Raj and the next-door Villa Nataraja. This is the place to chill out beneath the tall coconut palms and gaze at the graceful kites scattered throughout the sky, or watch both the sunrise and the sunset create a warm pink glow across the mysterious, towering, sea-cliffs of Nusa Penida Island.

The semi-open air living and dining area at Villa Raj borders the swimming pool. Open at each end, equipped with bamboo blinds and cooled by ceiling fans, this is tropical living at its very best. A Jacuzzi extends into the living space and overflows into the pool creating an attractive waterfall feature. Hi-fi system with surround sound is provided for the entertainment of the guests, and wireless high speed Internet access allows guests to send and receive their e-mails inside the villa or beside the pool, in the garden or on the beach. The open plan dining area is furnishing with a table for six and overlooks a lotus pond.

Each garden bathroom features ‘his ‘n’ hers’ washbasins, toilet, and a black terrazzo sunken bathtub and shower, bordered by plants, together with a three-tiered running water feature, and a wall for privacy.

The Location

Villa Raj is located at Banjar Pabean, Ketewel Village , Gianyar Regency, the recent construction of the Sanur-Kusumba by-pass, has made this area accessible to the rest of the island and positions Villa Raj within easy driving distance of most of Bali’s tourist attractions. Villa Raj is .just forty-five minutes drive from Bali’s international airport, thirty minutes from the cultural town of Ubud , ten minutes from Sukawati art and handicraft market, ten minutes from Sanur, and thirty minutes from the restaurants, shops and nightlife of Kuta and Seminyak. Ketewel village is the origin of the famous Legong Bededari Dance, and the neighbouring village of Saba produced the finest Legong dancers on the island. The beach of Pabean , in front of Majapahit Beach Villas, was once a small port through which oriental traders brought their products; at low tide you can still see the structure of the old harbour and a Chinese cemetery is located nearby. Balinese Hindu purification ceremonies are held beside the ocean at the sacred Pura Segara sea temple, and the nearby reef is renowned for its world class surf breaks.

The Sanur Residence is characterised by contemporary tropical architecture, an abundance of light, huge aluminium-framed picture windows, broad balcony-terraces, and a crisp white decor. Each 2-storey building accommodates up to six people. All three buildings boast different features, but each includes three bedrooms with en-suite marble bathrooms, a living room and dining room with a table for six, a fully fitted kitchen, additional sitting areas and spacious terraces. The beautiful landscaped garden – complete with reflective ponds, flat green coastal lawns and a romantic relaxation pavilion – is bordered by rice fields, sweet corn and tobacco plantations, and bounded by papaya and banana groves. The property blessed with dramatic views of the coastline and the ocean, stretching all the way from Sanur to Mt Agung in the east. The glorious sunrises in this part of Bali are legendary, and can be enjoyed from the terraces of all three of the buildings that comprise the residence. In the early mornings, the mysterious towering sea cliffs of the neighbouring Nusa Penida Island will be bathed in a warm pink glow. The beach is just 50 metres away and is good for surfing and safe for swimming. It is accessed via a path through the rice fields, and boasts a private timber deck for the use of guests at the residence. From here it is fun to watch the local fishermen going out every day in their colourful jukung outrigger boats.

Every room in the Sanur Residence is air-conditioned and guests also have the option of ceiling fans. Entrances are flanked by ornamental pebble-lined ponds and protected by solid doors that swing open into the cool interiors.
BUILDING NO. 2

Building No. 2 is the centre building of the residence, and is characterised by a cream polished granite floor. It features a raised Dining Area furnished with a richly grained coconut shell dining table and chairs by the Bali-based Italian designer ‘Carlo’. The Kitchen is located to one side. It is very similar to the kitchen in Building No. 1, complete with a breakfast bar and high seats.

Four steps lead down to the Living & Media Room, which furnished with two exquisite soft leather sofas and a matching ottoman. A 42-inch plasma screen TV, DVD player provided for the entertainment of the guests. Kids will enjoy sitting on the yielding beanbags. More glass doors open up onto a terrace with a daybed. A powder room with basin and toilet is located next to the living area.

Bedrooms 2 & 3 are both located downstairs, and furnished with queen size beds and fitted wardrobes and share bathroom.

The Master Bedroom, located upstairs, flanked by another generous Terrace, which can also be accessed from a glass door located halfway up the open staircase. This breezy hangout is a great spot for enjoying the sunrise. No expense has been spared with the furnishings of the sumptuous master bedroom. The bed is comprised of a pair of twin beds, and a living area furnished with a coconut shell table by Carlo, sofas, a fridge, and a penshell cabinet. Part of the terrace features a small wooden sundeck furnished with chairs and big umbrella and accessed from the sitting area. The huge en-suite bathroom is fitted with ‘His & Hers’ washbasins, a rain shower and toilet at one end and a Jacuzzi bathtub at the other end. Large picture windows overlook a rural scene; and open air spaces above the bath and shower ensure a constant airflow.

BUILDING NO. 3

Building No. 3 is the easterly building of the residence, and is characterised by a dark, burnt granite non-slip floor. The Dining Area with a table for six is located next to a wooden deck sheltered by a pergola. The kitchen is very similar to the kitchens in Buildings Nos. 1 & 2, and is located to one side. The Living Area is central, furnished with a large bamboo daybed facing the ocean view.

This is the only building with a separate, self-contained media room – a cosy Home Theatre with a 60-inch screen for projecting movies and satellite TV channels. The room furnished with a sofa, beanbags and shelf units.

Bedrooms 2 & 3 are accessed from halfway up the stairs; Bedroom 2 is furnished with twin bed and a futon. Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed and sofa. Both feature en-suite bathrooms linked by a Jacuzzi bathtub in the same layout as Bedrooms 2 & 3 in Buildings Nos. 1 & 2.

The wide Terrace is accessed from a door on the next level, and is encompassed by a low wall planted with lush green foliage. This terrace can also be accessed by seven steps leading down from the Master Bedroom on the top floor. This master room boasts a sitting area with library and an extended coconut shell desk by Carlo, fitted along the length of one wall. More coconut shell and mother of pearl bedside shelves by Carlo flank the queen size bed. The cream marble en-suite bathroom is similar to the Master Bathroom in Building No. 2 with the addition of the bathtub access, which is in the form of a small bridge traversing the bubbling pebbles of an ornamental pond. Windows on three sides of the Jacuzzi tub take in the awesome view; the modesty of the guests is protected by the provision of blinds.

Garden and Pool

The garden beckons guests to laze in one of the many relaxation areas with a book, or perhaps a cocktail while watching the fishermen and the surfers. It is dominated by an enticing 23 x 7-metre pool, above which rests twin reflective ponds on a slightly higher level. The ponds are filled with crystalline chlorinated water around twin central sections filled with fresh water and lilies. Twisting tri-coloured frangipani trees overhang the timber deck beside the infinity-edge pool, which appears to overflow into the rice fields. On the lowest terrace, raised above the rice field, is a sunken bale relaxation pavilion, facing the view, complete with built-in cushioned seating and a rustic table.

Villa Leha-Leha takes its name from the Javanese word for peace, day-dreaming, relaxing, or being empty-minded while lying prostrate and gazing at the sky! It’s an appropriate title for this enchanting four bedroom retreat, complete with swimming pool and plunge pools, nestled on the edge of a steep sided valley through which Bali’s sacred Ayung River wends it way on the final stage of its journey to the sea.

Living Pavilion

The large two-storey living pavilion incorporates two living areas on two different levels.

The downstairs open-sided living room is encompassed by fish ponds and a timber deck. This breezy raised pavilion presides over the pool and garden and its marble floor is gracefully furnished with an Oriental rug, lazy chairs, sofa, standard lamp and a coffee table. A 42-inch, flat screen, multi-channel TV, DVD, CD player and radio stereo system is discretely housed within a wooden cabinet, and there is also a comprehensive collection of videos, books and games. The decor is enhanced by some colourful local artwork and artifacts; a ceiling fan helps to keep the area cool and blinds can be dropped for privacy. A guest washroom is located downstairs, just off the living room.

The upstairs lounge is accessed from the dining room, via a sliding door that leads onto a Palimanan stone staircase. This peaceful lounge is another wonderful, breezy open-air space. It features a teakwood floor under a soaring thatched roof, and is furnished with wide opium daybeds, a pair of leather Kartini chairs and an Oriental rug. Boasting a splendid view of the garden and the river valley extending to the ocean, this is a great area for chilling out and relaxing with a book. Every need is considered with the additional provision of a ceiling fan.

Work Room

An all-glass Cathedral window extends from the roof to the ground floor, and separates the upstairs lounge from the air-conditioned work room. This delightful study presents a teak desk with a computer and internet access for the use of the guests. An eye-catching painting adorns one wall, and a long Oriental rug rests on the warm timber floor, together with leather-upholstered Kartini chairs and a bookcase full of magazines.
To one side of the work room is an open-air stone terrace surrounded by a balustrade.

Dining Room

The air-conditioned dining room is linked to the downstairs Living Room by two sets of Palimanan stone steps. With a marble floor, and large glass sliding doors on three sides, the room has an open feeling; it is furnished with a dining table for eight, and fitted with a glass-fronted teak cabinet.

Kitchen

The small but well-equipped air-conditioned kitchen is conveniently positioned next to the dining room. It features a marble service counter, marble work tops and teakwood wall cabinets.

On the far side of the kitchen is an attractive water court, with large stepping stones across the fish pond. Carved water-spouting griffins create a serene ambience with the constant sound of running water.

Bedrooms

Villa Leha-Leha is equipped with four self-contained bedroom suites, each located in private thatched pavilions and each one linked to its own indoor bathroom and private outdoor shower. Two of the bedrooms boast private plunge pools, and two are supplied with music systems. Each marble-floored, air-conditioned bedroom is furnished with a queen-size four poster canopied bed, a chair, bedside tables and lamps, while bold local artwork adorns the walls. Dressing areas, with fitted cupboards and walls mirrors, lead into marble bathrooms each complete with twin washbasins, a bathtub, an indoor shower and a toilet hidden behind a teak door. Each bathtub is positioned beside a picture window with doors opening into a small private walled garden.
Bali Jasmine Villa – you are cordially invited to indulge yourself in your own private First Class Bali Luxury Villa rental on the island of Bali, Indonesia. One of the most prestigious areas of Bali: Jasmine Villa is located in one of the most desirable, prestigious, resort areas of Bali. Your neighbors include the famous Bali Hyatt Hotel.

The owners of these villa include the director of the largest company in S/E Asia and a major five star hotel chain. Close to beach: From your Bali Villa rental you can stroll to Sanur’s sparkling six kilometer (3 mile) white sand beach in four to five minutes.

Luxurious living:

From the moment you enter the front gates of your Bali luxury villa complex you’ll realize that you are now part of a very special world of luxury living, usually the prerogative of only the rich and famous. As part of our First Class services you will be escorted directly to your villa and avoid any check-in delays at the front desk. Your chauffeur will deliver your baggage directly to your villa. As you enter through the exotic teak doors of your new home, you will be overwhelmed by its sheer magnificence and by the spaciousness of your grounds and their exquisite tropical gardens.

Private nine meter pool:

Your private nine Mtr. (30 ft.)-long infinity private swimming pool will invite you to jump right in. Your attention will be drawn towards the elegant terrazzo floors throughout your living space. The workmanship of which is normally only found in the finest museums and hotels throughout the world. The high ceilings of the main living and dining areas plus the roof finished with elegantly sculpted bamboo, remind you that you are on an island of master craftsmen working in their distinctive Balinese style.

You will be greeted by your personal concierge who will introduce you to your full time private housekeeper/butler who will present you with ice cold fruit drinks and refreshing cold towels. The housekeeper is available exclusively for you from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM seven days a week. She is not only there to keep the house clean but also to assist you in shopping and cooking. Simply ask her to go to the store and pick up some items for you. Perhaps she will be able to teach you some Balinese dishes to add to your own cook-book. She will ask you to choose your sleeping quarters and your chauffeur will deliver your luggage. She will then handle the paperwork and payment for registration. She will also explain the villa facilities and the operation of an array of technical items such as broadband, cable TV and stereo.

Free Packing and Laundry:

Your private housekeeper will then assist you in unpacking and hanging your clothes in the ample closets. She will also ask if you would like any clothes to be laundered or pressed for the evening — a reasonable amount at no charge. This will save you plenty of time and money. As you enter the bedroom you’ll notice that there are screened doors and windows (not common in Bali) which allow for you to leave your air-conditioner off most of the time and enjoy light sea breezes from the ocean just a few minutes away.

Your large on-suite bathroom features a full size bathtub with teak and marble vanities plus a huge indoor shower and the special experience of the outdoor Balinese shower in a garden environment in each large bathroom and next to the pool. Now is the time to change into your swim suit and take a dip in your beautiful pool or a soothing shower, or bath. At your convenience you may tour the distinctively Balinese village of Sanur.

Sanur was the first beach resort on Bali decades ago and has developed into a unique community of boutique hotels, restaurants, stores and shops. Top hotel chains such as the Hyatt hotel choose Sanur for its sparking long white beach and stunning scenery.Begin with a short walk to Sanur beach and view the six-kilometre-long white sand beach which is protected by an outer reef. This ensures safe swimming for children and inexperienced swimmers. You may also snorkel, scuba dive, windsurf, jet ski, kayak, kite surf, or sail within minutes of your villa. Sanur Beach is also the centre of boating activity for all Bali.

Every water activity known to man is available within minutes walk from your villa. You can snorkel, scuba dive, windsurf, jet ski, kayak, kite surf, or sail for a small fee. Your concierge can arrange to book the best water sports available, through high-standard, inexpensive companies. If you are more adventurous there are daily diving, fishing and sailing tours to the channel islands of Lembongan and Nusa Penida, a mere 10 km away.

Shopping & Entertainment:

There are many specialty shops, boutiques, salons, restaurants, fruit and vegetable markets, plus one of Bali’s newest largest supermarkets minutes from your front door. Several four and five-star hotels are nearby which offer golf, bowling, tennis, spas, and fitness centers.

Romantic Gourmet in villa dining:

For a small additional service fee you and your loved ones may enjoy romantic dinners in the privacy of your own Bali luxury villa. We can arrange to have a chef, waitress, kitchen staff and even entertainment if you wish to celebrate an important occasion or simply to treat yourself to a luxury usually only available to multimillionaires.

Bali Bistro can also provide exclusive first-class private theme parties in your villa including weddings, gourmet dinners, barbecues, or theme parties. All can be arranged for fraction of what it would cost you at most hotels and restaurants in Bali. You should be aware, however, that your own villa’s kitchen is more than well equipped to cater for you, your family and your friends. It has teak cabinets and substantial storage space, marble-topped work areas and a large four burner stove, complete with oven and modern refrigerator. Purchasing your own groceries will not only provide convenience but also save money on restaurants.

There is also a coffee maker, microwave, blender, rice cooker, quality dishes and cutlery to serve up to eight guests. Behind the kitchen are the working quarters for your private house-keeper and a laundry facility room where she can do your laundry thereby avoiding exorbitant hotel laundry charges.
Professional 24 -hr. Security: cable Television and High Speed Internet: Your villa is designed for the modern-day traveler who wants to stay in touch. You can enjoy modern cable vision (a rarity in Bali) and 24-hour, always-connected, broadband internet (also rare in Bali) so that you may keep in touch with business, friends and relatives from around the world.

Finally after enjoying cable television, VCD, stereo or catching up on your email with your broadband connection, you will be ready for a night of peaceful sleeping, knowing that your luxury villa is located in a complex that has first class 24 hour security, including security guards checking the perimeters every fifteen minutes throughout the complex.

A last thought at the end of your first day may be that your decision to book an inexpensive Bali Luxury Villa with its First Class Services was the best vacation decision you ever made and you may have no doubts about it when the next day you wake to the singing of wild birds and the sighing of the wind in the coconut trees and king palms in your private tropical gardens. At this point most of our guests realize that “It just does not get any better than this”

The next day, your rental agent will drop by to see if everything meets your approval and if you need any items or information. She can also assist with organizing transportation complete with drivers. You may want her to book one of the hundreds of activities available including water sports, river rafting, temple tours, volcano climbing, hot spring baths, or guided tours. We are, after all, in the wondrous Island of Bali, which Travel & Leisure Magazine readers voted for as the best holiday island in the world for the past four years.
