General Information

• 40 minutes by car from Ngurah Rai International Airport
• 20 minutes by car to the Sanur beach and shopping area
• 45 minutes by car to Ubud
• 30 minutes by car to Kuta beach and Legian area
• Check in time: 14:00 hours and check out time: 12:00 hrs, should guests require late check out will be available upon availability
• Local attractions such as beach, horse riding and canoeing are only walking distance

Villa Kishi Kishi Bali Rates

• All prices are quoted in US$ (US Dollars), unless specified otherwise
• All rates are per villa per night for single or double occupancy
• All rates are net, quoted in USD and inclusive of applicable government tax, service charge, return airport transfers, welcome kit and daily American Breakfast for 2 persons per room.

High & Peak Season Periods

• Low Season period: 11 January – 30 April, 1 May – 15 July, 16 September – 25 December
• High season period: 15 July – 15 September, 27 December – 10 January

Booking or Reservation

• Reservation subject to availability and confirmation
• A minimum of 2 nights stay in low season
• A minimum of 4 nights stay in high season
• Check in/out time
• Check-in time: 14:00
• Check-out time: 12:00
• Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability

Terms of Payment

• A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is required within 7 days of receiving our reservation confirmation form with the final balance should be settled one month prior to arrival date
• For bookings made 7 days or less before arrival, full final cash payment is required at the villa upon arrival
• All payments are to be made in US dollars either via electronic bank transfer (account details will be given at time of booking) or by cash in US dollar bank notes at the villa
• For electronic transfers, guests will be responsible for anybank charges incurred.

Cancellation Policy

• For bookings that are cancelled 31 days or more before arrival, deposits will be returned in full less a US$100 administrative fee
• For bookings that are cancelled 30 days or less before arrival, deposits will be non-refundable
• Notices of cancellation must be received in writing (by fax, email or mail)
• In cases where a guest has confirmed a booking with a deposit but we have yet to receive the balance of payment and the booking is cancelled, the guest will be responsible for the payment.

Food and Beverage

• Foods and beverages are on guest’s account. First dinner in villa for a late check-in and/or first breakfast can be arranged upon request. All expenses are at guest’s account
